Joshua Yang is a Vancouver-based musician and composer who has composed award-winning pieces for the Vancouver Chamber Choir, and for piano.

His choral works have been performed at the Chan Center in UBC and he has performed his jazz compositions with his jazz combo, the Jazz Aces, at events all over the lower mainland.

Currently, Josh is double majoring in Computer Science and Music at UC Berkeley, in California, and is studying piano and composition under jazz pianist, Frank Martin.

He is also preparing the release of his debut EP under the stage name, JOYANG.
