submission guidelines

We Are Burnaby is an online community gallery that aims to celebrate the resilience of the people who make up your community. It serves as a reminder that this city is made up of driven individuals and groups who have experienced their own unique set of obstacles and challenges. It is these displays of exceptional determination that we aim to showcase through We Are Burnaby.

We are collecting stories, poetry, artwork, photography, and other formats from all ages. Submissions can cover a wide variety of topics such as family, health, culture, business, travel, faith, occupation, community, hobbies/pastimes, and animals/pets.
